The higher portion of each double-story section, as properly because the fourth flooring, comprises a big window divided into a number of sections by slim mullions. The decrease portion of each double-story section options a quatrefoil panel and a small pediment at the middle, flanked by a glass pane on every facet. The decrease and upper parts of every double-height story are separated by slender spandrel panels. An arch runs above each bay over the twelfth story. Running across the third story is a bas-relief frieze by Isidore Konti referred to as Procession of the Arts. The facade contains a bust of Gainsborough above the primary entrance; a bas-relief across the third flooring, designed by Isidore Konti; and tile murals by Henry Chapman Mercer's Moravian Pottery and Tile Works at the top stories. Designed by Charles W. Buckham, the constructing is sixteen tales tall with 34 apartments. A plinth sits atop the entrance portico, supporting a bust of Thomas Gainsborough outdoors the fourth and fifth tales. Some of the artists' co-ops contained features similar to double-peak ceilings, whereas others like Gainsborough Studios contained large working areas illuminated by mild from the north. Some studios have 18-foot (5.5 m) ceilings with double-height spaces, whereas others are smaller items that occupy a part of a single ground.
